Fall Swings in Decatur

Hi Greenies,

October has a way of making everything feel a little cozier, but here at Green Office the energy is only building. The Fall League is already underway, and while registration is closed this time — the next league will be here before you know it.

On October 15, we’re hosting Night 9 with The White Bull. For me, this isn’t just about golf and food (though those are always good reasons to show up). Night 9 was designed as a different kind of networking — not stiff or transactional, but the kind where a shared laugh, a good swing, or a missed putt might spark the start of a meaningful relationship. I believe connections built through play and community last longer than ones made with just the exchange of business cards.

Saturdays in the south are for football… and now golf swings between drives. Bring your own snacks or grab food from Smiley’s Burger Club to cheer on your team. That same spirit carries into the holidays, when our bays turn into the perfect backdrop for end-of-year celebrations. Whether you want to host a football watch party with your crew or book a holiday gathering with family and friends, we’ve got you covered. And if you’d rather celebrate in you own space, our mobile setup brings the Green Office experience straight to you.

This month also brings a new way to grow your game. Through a partnership with TeachMe.To, you can book lessons with a coaches easily — and your first one is free. And as the days get shorter and the weather less predictable, this is the perfect time to think about a membership. It means golf whenever you want it — no matter the season, the forecast, or how early the sun sets.

As a community leader, I’ve always believed Green Office should give more than just swings on a simulator, which is why every month I look for ways to engage my neighbors. This October, The Intown Retreat is hooking Greenies up with time in their sauna. That spirit of giving also extends to the wider community. Through our Green Fore Impact initiative, I’m offering a new way to fundraise for local schools and organizations. It’s golf with purpose — turning play into meaningful support.

Being a Greenie should feel like more than just playing golf — it’s about belonging to something bigger, where you can play, connect, take care of yourself, and support your community long after the last swing. It’s more than tee times — we’re building a community. Thanks for being part of it.
