  • Each rental includes private use of the Green Office studio for up to 12 guests.

  • Exclusive use of the entire studio, multiple TVs and big screens for the game, full access to the golf bays, and on-site support to ensure your experience runs smoothly.

  • No — to keep prices low, we don’t provide food, drinks, plates, cups, or utensils. You’re welcome to bring your own. You can also walk across the street for Smiley’s Burger Club and enjoy a Green Office meal for $10/person.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own beverages — we just ask that everyone drinks responsibly.

  • We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In return, we ask that you tidy up at the end of your rental and take all trash with you so the space is ready for the next group.

  • Any Saturday college football game available on broadcast or cable networks.

  • Each booking covers one full game slot (about 3.5 hours). Time slots are based on kickoff times: 12 PM, 3:30 PM, or 7 PM.

  • The flat $400 rate is for the full studio, whether you bring 4 guests or 12.

  • You can bring your own clubs, or use one of our limited sets during your rental.

  • Yes! Kids are welcome with adult supervision.
