On April 31, our current lease ends and we are moving into a larger and historic Decatur space, The Sycamore building. We're raising $50,000 to accelerate that growth with more members, community programing, and a stabilized operation expanding into a full-floor space.Think a Delta Sky Club for golfers.
Green Office operates under a fixed-fee license from Lets Do WRK, the brand and playbook behind the concept.
How it's structured
The operating entity. Holds the lease, runs the studio, owns member relationships. This is what you're investing in.
Brand and operating system. Green Office pays a fixed monthly license fee.

At month 36, investors elect to convert into Green Office equity at a $500,000 valuation cap with a 15% discount or receive repayment of principal plus accrued interest.
